'Mission 2020': Why India's drive to electric mobility is not so smooth

The 'EV fever' seems to be spreading across India as the government targets 6-7 million sales of hybrid and electric vehicles by year 2020 and aims for, now revised, at least 30 per cent electric mobility by 2030. But what are the speed bumps along the way? ET Now's Dipshikha Ghosh reports.
