Earlier this year, Hyundai was the first manufacturer in India to launch a long range electric vehicle, Kona, which can run more than 400 kilometres on a single charge.
“Progress of humanity with zero emission mobility is our responsibility and vision to make a long term positive transformation for our future generations. We have initiated the feasibility study for the for fuel cell electric vehicle in India and promise to bring the ultimate solution with zero emission mobility," said S S Kim, managing director, Hyundai Motor India.
Hyundai launched it first fuel cell vehicle Nexo in China and other developed markets in 2018.
