Over 90 vehicle types, and 80 auto components were launched at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, held from January 17-22, the department of commerce, additional secretary Rajesh Agrawal said on Wednesday.

He further noted that the expo featured five first-time launches in the cycle segment, two in the tire segment, and 24 in construction equipment.

The expo was organised by EEPC in collaboration with industry bodies like SIAM, ACMA, ICEMA, ATMA, IESA, NASSCOM, and CII.


It also saw international participation from five countries: Germany, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Japan, and Mexico, Agarwal said.

He highlighted that the expo attracted over eight lakh visitors by January 21, with expectations to reach nine lakhs by the end of January 22.

Vimal Anand, joint secretary, departent of commerce, said, “We have crossed the United States expo in terms of footfall and have become number one.”

The expo also witnessed significant participation from startups and young entrepreneurs, Agrawal added.
