Sanghai is a career investment banker for over three decades. Prior to founding NovaaOne, he was Vice Chairman - Investment Banking and Head of Global Banking at HSBC India. Starting his career with JM Morgan Stanley/ JM Financial, he later was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs, India. He chairs the National Committee on Capital markets of FICCI and was also a member of the SEBI Primary Market Advisory Committee (PMAC).
