Rekha Jain is Senior Visiting Professor, ICRIER, Board member of several organizations, and a Senior Fulbright scholar. She superannuated after 34 years as faculty at IIMA. She works on policy/regulation of telecom and Internet, Data Governance, and IT Strategy. She has consulted with several national and international organization and published in high quality journals.
