Maha FDA to file FIR against Snapdeal
Harshdeep Kamble, Commissioner, Maharashtra FDA, says that Snapdeal will be charged under Section 18 of Drugs and Cosmetics Act. The company is accused of selling prescription drugs - which can be sold only on the prescription of a doctor - through its website.
