Govt unlikely to agree to Apple's tax demands
Government is unlikely to budge on the tax demands that the tech giant Apple is seeking. Apple seeks benefit under the Advance Pricing Agreements as well as lower tax under the GST regime. However, the government believes that Apple is preempting higher tax bracket under GST.
