PM Narendra Modi, pitching his plan for a digital India at event held in California by the tech giants, said that the Facebook, Twitter, Instagram are new neighbourhoods of our new world. he also said that Digital India is enterprise for India's transformation, on a scale which's perhaps unmatched in history.
