Insecticides India is in the news over its QIP, while several tech majors are in race to acquire a controlling stake in Polaris. For Nestle, there is good news and bad news. While the US FDA has approved its Maggi 2-minutes noodles, but the Indian government is saying it will take Nestle to consumer court over misleading advertisement to seek damages of Rs 426 crore.
