'Start up India' to end licence raj, says Arun Jaitley
We ostensibly broke away from 'license raj' in 1991, concieved with idea that Government will decide which businesses can run. PM's own idea was that startups need to be encouraged. Both the banking system and government will make the resources available, says finance minister Arun Jaitley.
