Govt may give FDI tag for hybrid instruments
Government may give foreign direct investment (FDI) tag to some hybrid instruments, said sources. Hybrid instruments include optionally convertible or partially convertible debentures , Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds - which are intrinsically debt-instruments.
