Sensex up 98 pts on new FDI norms; HUL, NTPC rally
The BSE benchmark Sensex rose by nearly 98 points led by gains in bluechips, including HUL, NTPC and Wipro, buoyed by government's decision to liberalise FDI norms in a dozen sectors.
