Sensex ends past 27,000-mark for first time
As the Modi government completed 100 days, the Indian markets were on a roll with benchmark indices hitting fresh record highs on the Street. In a first, the BSE Sensex crossed the 27,000-mark, rallying over 215 points; while the 50-share index Nifty breached 8,100 levels.
