Market update: Nifty tests 7000; Coal India, SBI up
The Nifty50 was trading near its crucial level of 7,000 supported by gains in power, metal, banks, auto, oil & gas, and realty stocks. The broader market traded in line with the benchmark indices with BSE midcap and smallcap indices gaining 0.98 and 0.67 per cent, respectively.
