Parliament’s monsoon session washed out: S Aiyar’s view

In a setback for the government's reforms drive, the Parliament was adjourned sine die, without any of the key bills including GST being passed. The monsoon session of Parliament has been a complete washout and both the government and Opposition have invited the wrath of India Inc for stalling the reforms process.
