In a chat with ET Now , Deven Choksey, MD, KRChoksey Investment Managers, says the new policy which the government is talking about for scrapping old vehicles, is going to be a windfall and could create three to five years of powerful road map for the automobile industry in general and companies like Tata Motors in particular.
