ECB's action could be too little, too late: Gita Gopinath
The European Central Bank has launched a government bond-buying programme which will pump hundreds of billions of new money into a sagging euro zone economy. Reacting to this, Gita Gopinath, Professor, Harvard University says the ECB's stimulus could end up being too little, too late.
