Debate: Will Raghuram Rajan turn the tide?

Raghuram Rajan, currently the Chief Economic Advisor to the government of India, was appointed the Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) governor for three years. Calling Raghuram Rajan's appointment as the next Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) Governor a welcome move, industry and economists have cheered the announcement.
