Shareholders approve Grasim, ABNL merger
The shareholders of Grasim Industries Limited (Grasim), Aditya Birla Nuvo Limited (ABNL) and Aditya Birla Financial Services Limited (ABFSL) have approved the merger of ABNL with Grasim followed by the demerger and listing of the financial services business.
