QIP over-subscribed 1.5 times: Prestige Estates
Irfan Razack, Promoter & CMD, The Prestige Group Estates said that several institutional funds in US and Asia participated in QIP and the same is over-subscribed 1.5 times. He said that the group raised Rs 612 crore via QIP and the funds will be used for project development.
