Ola acquires TaxiForSure in $200 million
As per the deal, both Ola and TaxiForSure will continue to operate as separate entities, and all 1,700 employees of TaxiForSure will be retained. Ola's COO, Arvind Singhal will become the CEO of TaxiForSure.
