Nippon Life increases stake in Reliance Life to 49 per cent
Nippon Life Insurance will hike it's stake in Reliance Life from 26% to 49%, and the company will be renamed Reliance Nippon Life Insurance post the additional stake sale. The deal pegs Reliance Life's valuation at approximately Rs 10,000 crore.
