Idea Cellular evaluating a rights issue to raise $800 million
Idea Cellular, the country's third largest telecom operator by users, is evaluating a rights issue to raise funds. Idea's rights issue is likely to be worth $800 million. It added that the telco is likely to seek the Board's nod for rights issue in January.
