Holcim-Lafarge assets: Ultratech opts out of race
The Aditya Birla group firm has dropped out of race to acquire assets of Holcim-Lafarge, with the company opting not to put in bids for the assets in Brazil and Philippines. Ultratech had done due diligence for some of these assets.
