HC rejects Colgate's plea against Pepsodent
The Delhi High Court today declined to restrain consumer goods manufacturer Hindustan Uniliver Ltd from advertising its toothpaste Pepsodent Germicheck, saying its commercial does not "denigrate" the product of its competitor Colgate.
