Patrick Pichette, 52, said the decision to quit was prompted by a question his wife Tamar asked him on a vacation to Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa, when he said this wasn't the time for a round-the-world trip that she wanted. "But then she asked the killer question: So when is it going to be time? Our time? My time? The questions just hung there in the cold morning African air," he wrote.
