Cyrus Mistry sends letter to Tata Global Beverages
The office of Cyrus Mistry has sent a letter to Tata Global Beverages stating that his removal as chairman of the company is illegal. Mistry had termed the move to remove him as chairman 'illegal' and also claimed that no voting took place in the board meeting. Mistry may also move the Company Law Tribunal soon.
