Cyrus Mistry attacks Ratan Tata in a fresh affidavit
In a fresh affidavit, Cyrus Mistry , former chairman of Tata Sons, says that Ratan Tata wanted to sue Docomo for defamation. The affidavit states that Ratan Tata had suggested that the group explore possibilities of suing Docomo for defamation as the Japanese telecom firm was tarnishing the image of the group.
