'Consumers, dealers not to bear MDR cost on debit cards'
In a chat with ET Now, MK Surana, CMD, HPCL says that MDR levy is not going to be passed on to consumers & dealers using debit cards however the MDR charges are going to be there between bank and customer using credit card.
