Bharti Airtel Ltd, the world’s third largest telco by subscribers, has entered into exclusive discussions with Malaysia’s Axiata Group Bhd to explore a possible merger of their respective telecom units in Bangladesh—Robi Axiata Ltd and Airtel Bangladesh Ltd.
