Ashok Leyland announces voluntary retirement scheme
Stung by continuous fall in sales and with recovery in the sector looking distant, India's second largest truck maker by volume and Hinduja Group flagship Ashok Leyland on Friday announced a voluntary retirement scheme (VRS) for its executives. The financial contours or implications were not disclosed.
