Is Rs 50 per quintal hike in paddy MSP enough?
The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs has increased the minimum support price of paddy by Rs 50 to Rs 1,410 per quintal for this year. While the hike was on expected lines, questions are being raised if the hike is enough to ease the burden on our farmers.
