Budget is pro-growth: Swaminathan Aiyar
Swaminathan Aiyar, consulting editor, ET Now says that it is a first-class budget. I have a few reservations, but nevertheless this is a budget for growth. More importantly, it is a budget for aimed at raising India's global competitiveness. I am very happy to see the push to cut down red tape for increasing the ease of doing business.
