Tech Mahindra to acquire Italian car designer
Tech Mahindra, a listed subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra, has agreed to acquire Italian car designer Pininfarina SpA, which has designed cars for Ferrari, Maserati, Rolls-Royce and Cadillac.
