M&M in talks to buy top auto design firm
Top Italian auto designer Pininfarina has confirmed talks with Mahindra Group. Sources say that M&M and Tech Mahindra may form an SPV to buy out Pininfarina. Pininfarina designs cars for companies like Ferrari.
