Sonam Kapoor treats Tim Cook to an 'unforgettable' IPL match; Parth Jindal gifts Delhi Capitals mementos to Apple CEO
Tim Cook and Sonam Kapoor, along with businessman-husband Anand Ahuja, enjoyed the IPL match between Delhi Capitals and Kolkata Knight Riders in the capital on Thursday.

From indulging in delicious food to enjoying an Indian Premiere League (IPL) match, the Apple CEO is ticking all the boxes to experience the country's true essence.
On Thursday evening, Bollywood diva Sonam Kapoor and her businessman-husband Anand Ahuja invited Cook to witness the grandeur of an IPL match in Delhi. He joined the couple at the VIP box of Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi to watch the match between Delhi Capitals (DC) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).
Priced at around Rs 24,000, the exclusive and most expensive VIP boxes in the stadiums are usually used by franchise owners who use the space to keep the merchandise of their teams.

The JSW Cement and JSW Paints Managing Director said that he was honoured to meet Cook. He also credited the Apple boss for bringing luck to DC, which registered the first win of the season.
"Such an honor to have welcomed Tim Cook to Delhi Capitals' home ground. Tim - hope you had a good time - it’s fantastic to see Apple's growth in India - your presence yesterday brought DC the luck we needed for our first win of the season," Jindal tweeted.

On Thursday, Apple opened its doors to its second flagship store in the national capital. The retail store is situated at Select CityWalk mall in Saket, South Delhi, and a delighted Cook welcomed customers.
The Apple store will offer personalised support and unique experiences for customers to discover the various aspects of the technology.
