‘Bholaa’ starring Ajay Devgn and Tabu crosses Rs 100 Cr mark at the box office
Ajay Devgn’s ‘Bholaa’ was released on ‘Mahashivratri’ and became the third-highest opener of the year after ‘Pathaan’.

Analysts had expected that the film would bag Rs100 crore worldwide box office collection in 10 days as Ajay Devgn starrer ‘Drishyam 2’ performed exceptionally well last year.
‘Bholaa’ is the remake of the Tamil hit film Kaithi, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The film was released in both 3D and 2D. ‘Bhola’ is the third-highest opener of the year after ‘Pathaan’. The movie had a grand opening as it was released on the holiday of ‘Mahashiviratri’ but post that the movie underperformed at the box office.
‘Bholaa’ has now achieved the expected feat and became the third highest-grossing Hindi film of 2023 after 'Pathaan' and 'Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar'.
However, films like 'Shehzada', 'Selfiee' and 'Gumraah' did not have a good run at the box office.

‘Bholaa’-this action-adventure drama is Ajay Devgn’s fourth film as director after U Me Aur Hum, Shivaay, and Runway 34. While none of these films performed well at the box office, ‘Bholaa’ has crossed the expected milestone of Rs 100 Crore worldwide box office collection and rs 80 lakh domestic collection.
