Even before he officially acquired the social media company, Musk changed his bio to ‘Chief Twit’ on Thursday. The 51-year-old changing his bio on Twitter hours before the acquisition triggered rumours of takeover with the hashtag Chief Twit trending high on Twitter.
On the same day, the Tesla boss made headlines after he walked into the Twitter headquarters in San Francisco holding a sink. The billionaire tweeted a short video of him grinning and walking with the washbasin. He captioned the video as ‘Let that sink in!”

Parag Agarwal took over as Twitter CEO in November 2021 after Jack Dorsey announced his resignation. Reportedly, after he assumed the post of the CEO, Agarwal was reportedly awarded an annual compensation of USD 1 million and stock compensation worth around USD 12.5 million.
On Friday, along with Chief Twit, Parag Agarwal, Elon Musk, and Twitter Takeover were trending high on Twitter and other social media platforms.
The hashtag Parag Agarwal surfaced as one of the top trends in India with many users sharing memes and hilarious one-liners on Twitter. Popular memes included scenes from ‘Hera Pheri’, angry Amrish Puri from ‘DDLJ’, and the famous scene from ‘Nayak’ where Anil Kapoor who becomes CM for a day and fires corrupt officials.
