Marico boss calls for diversity in every organisation, says it helps people gain perspective
Harsh Mariwala says people are stuck in a problem as they are unable to see the other side of it.

The Marico Chairman, in his recent Twitter post, said that having a set of people who have seen life differently in a team helps organisations gain a wider range of perspectives.
Mariwala said people sometimes are stuck in a problem because they are unable to see the other side of it. "To gain other perspectives, it is important to have people who have seen life differently from you," he added.
With his popular #HarshRealities tag, Mariwala shared the same message with his 930.7K followers on Twitter. "Diversity is an enormous asset to have for any organisation," he wrote.
