Billionaire Media Titan Rupert Murdoch and model Jerry Hall on their way to divorce after six-year marriage, reports say

As per their close sources, the 91-year-old newspaper baron, Rupert Murdoch and supermodel Jerry Hall are on the verge of getting divorced, according to the leading American daily. It was the first marriage of Jerry after being in a 22-year relationship with famous singer and songwriter Sir Mick Jagger.

Mr Murdoch’s spokesperson, Bryce Tom, chose not to comment on the reports. Moreover, Ms Hall’s manager declined to respond to media queries. The two high profile celebrities got married in March 2016 at a church in London in a discreet ceremony.

After announcing his wedding on twitter, he said he feels luckiest among all and won’t tweet for next ten days, or forever. Since this announcement, Murdoch didn’t post a single tweet or replied to the tweets. In 2019, the two spent £11.25 million on the renovation of a house in London. Last year, Mr Murdoch celebrated his 90th birthday in New York City.


Before his marriage to Ms Hall, Mr Murdoch has six children namely Prudence MacLeod (64), Elisabeth (53), Lachlan (50), James (49), Chloe (19), and Grace (21) from his earlier marriages.
