What helps an organisation grow? Most companies often ask these questions during their internal valuation meet or during agenda setting goals. To answer the simple question, the Marico boss Harsh Mariwala on Monday took to his official Twitter account with over 915K followers to share the secrets to growth.

"People will continue in an organisation that makes them happy," Mariwala wrote . The businessman further wrote that for any organisation to grow, it has to acquire and retain good talent, adding that people will only stay with an organisation if they feel fulfilled and see growth.

"Developing that culture is what determines success," he further added.



Mariwala's tweet on Monday was part of his Twitter segment called hash tag 'Harsh Realities' named after his recent book Harsh Realities: The Making of Marico, a wordplay on his name, which track's the billionaire's journey.

The 71-year-old has been constantly sharing his business lessons, success and failure stories on social media with under hash tag 'Harsh Realities'.

In another tweet, Mariwala also expressed hope on India completing vaccination against Covid-19 soon. The business tycoon also expressed hope that once every citizen in the country is fully vaccinated, India will have a great opportunity in supplying vaccines to other countries.

"The rate at which we're going, I'm assuming that a majority of our population will be vaccinated by the first quarter of next year. Once that happens, I truly believe that we have a great opportunity in supplying vaccines to the rest of the world," Mariwala tweeted.
