Binny Bansal’s xto10x acquires Dockabl to expand employee experience platform

Mumbai: xto10x, a SaaS-based consultancy, has acquired HR tech startup Dockabl for an undisclosed amount, according to a statement on Wednesday.

The acquisition strengthens xto10x’s product suite, which includes 10xGoals (OKR strategy to execution platform) and 10xPeople (employee sentiment analysis and engagement platform), the statement read. “The full suite will now allow a comprehensive solution for organisations to align company objectives, link them to employees' performance, and manage feedback reviews, all on one single platform.”

Founded in 2018 by Binny Bansal (co-founder, Flipkart), Saikiran Krishnamurthy (ex McKinsey, Flipkart and Ola), and Neeraj Aggarwal (ex-Flipkart and Cure.Fit), xto10x helps organisations scale their businesses across 10 key pillars such as business design, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), people and culture and operational excellence.


It offers technology tools, learning and consulting services to growth-stage startups, which are looking to scale up. Till date, the company has worked with more than 150 brands including Cred, Licious, Meesho, ClearTax, Dunzo, upGrad, SuprDaily, Hopscotch and Sterlite.

“Dockabl is an ‘easy and simple to use’ performance management tool for all organisations to adopt. Given the ease with which it can adapt into multiple design choices, the tool can become the preferred employee performance management tool for startups and enterprises alike,” said Krishnamurthy.

Setup in 2017, Dockabl drives business performance and organisation culture with its core capabilities in employee performance management. Their current set of clients includes Becton, Dickinson and Company, Bajaj Capital, Airbnb, and Porter.
