Work and pleasure are best kept apart. That is, unless you’re working at Salesforce. The company’s CEO, Marc Benioff believes that pleasure, in terms of spending family time, is the best way to keep employees motivated.

No wonder then, that Salesforce offices in the US have a special floor — Ohana— which is ‘family’ in Hawaiian. Employees can use these floors to bring their kids to work. Benioff’s love for Hawaii goes beyond this. He spends about a third of his time on his Big Island compound in the tropical island. With his family, of course.
