HYDERABAD: The board of Mahindra Satyam (formerly Satyam Computers) will meet on September 4 to select a statutory auditor, take stock of the current financials of the IT firm and progress on the forensic accounting of past accounts.
Auditing firm Deloitte is in the race, along with other firms, said TN Manoharan, member on the Mahindra Satyam board. Global auditing firm is also the statutory auditor for Tech Mahindra, an arm of the Mahindra Group that had acquired Satyam Computers.
