There has been a change in the world's wealth order. Amancio Ortega of Zara has overtaken Warren Buffett as the second richest person in the world after Bill Gates. But a common thread runs through the three.

They all lead normal lives. You may or may not like Gates's business methods but you can't fault him for extravagance. Buffett is renowned for his frugality.

Ortega eats in the company cafeteria. His clothes are not flashy too. Everyday, he wears a blue blazer, white shirt and grey trousers to work. The message is clear. It's classy to be under stated.
