Microsoft billionaire Paul Allen threw a Bollywood-themed yacht party

Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen's annual shindig is a highlight of the Cannes International Film Festival every year. This year was no different. On Monday night, scores of movie stars, musicians and supermodels hobnobbed aboard his 414-foot yacht, Octopus, at a Bollywood-themed bash.

Hollywood actors John C Reilly, Jessica Lowndes and Kelly Rutherford, as well as models Karlie Kloss and Melissa Bolona were all in attendance. Among the highlights was a massive elephant sculpture that signalled the entrance to the party. There was even a performance by Bollywood dancers after which, Allen himself got up to play some songs on his electric guitar. Some guests donned henna tattoos.

Others got a full tour of the yacht, including the submarine a crew used to discover a sunken World War I I battleship in March. In short, a merry time was had by all.
