Oberoi Realty's promoter Vikas Oberoi calls on the commissioner

The country's richest civic body, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (or the BMC as it is commonly known), has citizenry of all hues stopping by, prominent builders and construction magnates not the least among them. Seen earlier this week in the corridors of the heritage building was Vikas Oberoi.

The promoter of Oberoi Realty was making an abbreviated visit to the office of the commissioner, Sitaram Kunte. Dressed in dapper formals, the billionaire developer whizzed in and out, his personal style as always making quite the impression.
