Prior to Helion, he was a director and co-head of The Carlyle Group’s India venture operations for 4 years, during which it invested in around half a dozen companies and helped increase the business of portfolio companies. Singh was earlier head of marketing for South Asia at Intel, and spent about three years in building the Intel brand in India. This followed over 10 years with Hindustan Unilever in various roles.

Ganesh has proved his credentials as a successful entrepreneur and CEO, he founded IT&T, an IT and network services firm, and successfully took it public in 2000. He then went on to become the CEO of Wipro British Telecom/Bharti British Telecom and turned around an ailing company on the brink of bankruptcy to break-even status. He then founded CustomerAsset/ICIC Source, which became one of India’s top BPO firms.

Sanjay Nayak

Srini Rajam

Srini holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the School of Automation, Indian Institute of Science
