Bill Gates reclaims world’s richest title

Bill Gates captured the title of world’s richest man from Mexican investor Carlos Slim, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.

Bill Gates, the 57-year-old co-founder of Microsoft, captured the title of world’s richest man from Mexican investor Carlos Slim, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, as the software maker hit a fi ve-year high on the Nasdaq. It is the fi rst time Gates has held the mantle since 2007.
