Fans of Dhurandhar: The Revenge finally have an update on the film’s much-awaited OTT release, and this time it comes with an unexpected twist. Months after dominating the box office and sparking intense debate online, the spy action thriller has now officially arrived on streaming platforms in several international regions. What has grabbed even more attention, however, is Netflix’s claim that the digital version includes a “Raw & Undekha” cut, hinting at footage and sequences audiences did not see in theatres.

Netflix recently took to X to announce that “Dhurandhar: The Revenge (Raw & Undekha)” would begin streaming in the US from May 15, 2026. The OTT release is currently available across multiple international markets, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, the UAE, and several other overseas territories. Viewers in these regions can stream the film directly on Netflix.

How is it different from the theatrical version?

What makes this digital release different from the theatrical version is the promise of previously unseen material. The platform has branded the OTT edition as “Raw & Undekha,” suggesting that audiences will get access to scenes, footage, or sequences that were either trimmed, modified, or not included in cinemas earlier this year.



The announcement immediately generated excitement among fans online, particularly among overseas viewers who missed the theatrical run and existing fans curious about the alternate cut. Many Indian viewers are now also demanding the same version for the Indian OTT release, hoping the extended or modified cut becomes available domestically in the coming weeks.

Dhurandhar: The Revenge is a Hindi-language spy action thriller directed and written by Aditya Dhar. The film serves as the sequel to the 2025 film Dhurandhar and acts as the concluding chapter of the franchise duology.

The film was released globally in theatres on March 19, 2026, during the festive period of Gudi Padwa, Ugadi, and Eid. Following its release, it generated strong reactions from both audiences and critics. It went on to become one of the biggest Indian box office hits ever, emerging as the second-highest-grossing Indian film of all time, the second-highest-grossing Hindi-language film worldwide, the highest-grossing Hindi-language film in India, and the highest-grossing A-rated Indian film ever released.

Plot of Dhurandhar: The Revenge

Set across India and Pakistan, the story follows Jaskirat Singh Rangi, a young man from Pathankot whose life is shattered after a brutal political attack destroys his family. Consumed by revenge, he lands on death row before being secretly recruited by Indian intelligence for an undercover mission. Reborn as Hamza Ali Mazari, he infiltrates Karachi’s criminal and terror networks, rising through gang wars, covert operations, and deadly betrayals. As Hamza gains the trust of powerful underworld figures linked to cross-border terror activities, he becomes trapped between loyalty, deception, and survival. With suspicion closing in from all sides, his mission spirals into a dangerous game involving espionage, militant groups, hidden identities, and high-stakes operations that threaten both nations.
